Al-Ma'aarij • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَٰدَٰتِهِمْ قَآئِمُونَ ﴾
“and who stand firm whenever they bear witness;”
(And those who stand by their testimony) before the judges when they are called to give witness, and do not refuse to testify,
