Al-Qiyaama • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا بَيَانَهُۥ ﴾
“and then, behold, it will be for Us to make its meaning clear.”
(Then lo! upon Us (resteth) the explanation thereof) the explanation of the lawful and unlawful, the commands and prohibitions.
