Al-Qiyaama • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَلَٰكِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ ﴾
“but, on the contrary, he gave the lie to the truth and turned away [from it],”
(But he denied) Allah's divine Oneness (and flouted) and turned away from faith.
