Al-Insaan • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَٱذْكُرِ ٱسْمَ رَبِّكَ بُكْرَةًۭ وَأَصِيلًۭا ﴾
“and bear in mind thy Sustainer's name at morn and evening”
(Remember the name of thy Lord) pray by the command of your Lord (at morn and evening) i.e. the prayers of Fajr, Zuhr and 'Asr.
