﴿ فَقُلْ هَل لَّكَ إِلَىٰٓ أَن تَزَكَّىٰ ﴾

“and say [unto him], 'Art thou desirous of attaining to purity?”

(And say (unto him): Hast thou) O Pharaoh ((will) to grow (in grace)) will become righteous, surrender and believe in Allah's divine Oneness?
