An-Naazi'aat • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ رَفَعَ سَمْكَهَا فَسَوَّىٰهَا ﴾
“High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be;”
He raised the height) its ceiling (thereof and ordered it) above the earth;
