An-Naazi'aat • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ مَتَٰعًۭا لَّكُمْ وَلِأَنْعَٰمِكُمْ ﴾
“[all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals.”
(A provision for you) water of benefit to you (and for your cattle) water and pasture benefit your cattle.
