Abasa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ فَمَن شَآءَ ذَكَرَهُۥ ﴾
“and so, whoever is willing may remember Him”
(So let whosoever will pay heed to it) whoever Allah wants him to be admonished will be admonished,
