Abasa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ أَنَّا صَبَبْنَا ٱلْمَآءَ صَبًّۭا ﴾
“[how it is] that We pour down water, pouring it down abundantly;”
Allah then explained these different states, saying: (How We pour water) i.e. rain (in showers) upon the earth
