Abasa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَهُوَ يَخْشَىٰ ﴾
“and in awe [of God]”
(And hath fear) of Allah, and is also a Muslim; this is because Ibn Umm Maktum had accepted Islam before this incident,
