At-Takwir • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ مُّطَاعٍۢ ثَمَّ أَمِينٍۢ ﴾
“[the word] of one to be heeded, and worthy of trust!”
((One) to be obeyed) i.e. Gabriel is obeyed in Heaven: the angels obey him, (and trustworthy) in conveying the message to the prophets;
