At-Takwir • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌۭ لِّلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
“This [message] is no less than a reminder to all mankind –”
(This is) i.e. the Qur'an (naught else than a reminder) an admonition from Allah (unto creation) the jinn and humankind,
