Al-Mutaffifin • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ كِتَٰبٌۭ مَّرْقُومٌۭ ﴾
“A record [indelibly] inscribed!”
(A written record) He says: the works of the children of Adam are written on a green rock under the seventh earth; this is Sijjin.
