Al-Inshiqaaq • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ بَلَىٰٓ إِنَّ رَبَّهُۥ كَانَ بِهِۦ بَصِيرًۭا ﴾
“Yea indeed! His Sustainer did see all that was in him!”
(Nay, but lo! his Lord) when He created him (is ever looking on him!) knew that He will raise him again after death
