Al-Ghaashiya • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وُجُوهٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍ خَٰشِعَةٌ ﴾
“Some faces will on that Day be downcast,”
(On that day) the Day of Judgement ((many) faces) the faces of the disbelievers and hypocrites (will be downcast) abased because of the chastisement,
