Al-Fajr • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَلَا تَحَٰٓضُّونَ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ ﴾
“and you do not urge one another to feed the needy,”
(And urge not) yourselves or others (on the feeding of the poor) giving alms to the poor,
