Al-Fajr • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَلَا يُوثِقُ وَثَاقَهُۥٓ أَحَدٌۭ ﴾
“and none can bind with bonds like His.”
(None bindeth as He then will bind) this can also be understood to mean: none punishes like this and none will inflict that kind of punishment except Allah.
