Ash-Shams • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ إِذِ ٱنۢبَعَثَ أَشْقَىٰهَا ﴾
“when that most hapless wretch from among them rushed forward [to commit his evil deed],”
(When the basest of them broke forth) when the most wretched of the folk, Qudar Ibn Salif and Masda', hamstrung the she-camel.
