Ash-Shams • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَلَا يَخَافُ عُقْبَٰهَا ﴾
“for none [of them] had any fear of what might befall them.”
(He dreadeth not the sequel (of events)) and it is also said this means: and He dreads not the one who instigated it'.
