Al-Lail • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا لَلْهُدَىٰ ﴾
“BEHOLD, it is indeed for Us to grace [you] with guidance;”
(Lo! Ours it is (to give) the guidance) it is for Us to show what is good and what is evil
