Al-Alaq • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ ٱقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ ٱلْأَكْرَمُ ﴾
“Read - for thy Sustainer is the Most Bountiful One”
He said to him: (Read) the Qur'an, O Muhammad: (And thy Lord is the Most Bounteous) and your Lord is Clement and forgives the ignorance of the servants,
