Az-Zalzala • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَقَالَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ مَا لَهَا ﴾
“and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" -”
(And man) i.e. the disbeliever (saith: What aileth her?) He says this in astonishment from the horror he sees
