Al-Mutaffifin • EN-TAZKIRUL-QURAN
﴿ كِتَٰبٌۭ مَّرْقُومٌۭ ﴾
“A record [indelibly] inscribed!”
Literally ‘A prison’. It means a certain place in which the record of the deeds of the wicked is preserved.
