Adh-Dhaariyat • RU-TAFSEER-AL-SADDI
﴿ فَمَا ٱسْتَطَٰعُوا۟ مِن قِيَامٍۢ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُنتَصِرِينَ ﴾
“for they were unable even to rise, and could not defend themselves.”
