﴿ أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۭ فَتُصْبِحُ ٱلْأَرْضُ مُخْضَرَّةً ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَطِيفٌ خَبِيرٌۭ ﴾

“Art thou not aware that it’s God who sends down water from the skies, whereupon the earth becomes green? Verily, God is unfathomable [in His wisdom], all-aware.”

اِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَطِیْفٌ خَبِیْرٌ ”یہاں پر ”لطیف“ کے یہ معنی بھی ہیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ خفیہ تدبیریں کرنے والا ہے۔
